MOUTERE ODDFELLOWS

The hist meeting of the Moutere Lodge of Oddfellows was a success, numerically and socially, in spite of the absence through pressure of work of several of the minor officers. The lodge accorded a hearty welcome to Bro. Suddens, of Mana'iii, and Bro. Vilis, of Featherstoh, to which Bro. Suddens responded. After the business of the evening was concluded. Sister Anderson officiated at the piano, and the brethren had a most enjoyable community sing. The singing of the National Anthem brought the proceedings to a close, only when singers and song books alike wi'ra exhausted.
