They reported that they had not had engine trouble, but missed tho track at Newcastle Waters. The tail of the machine hit an ant hill when landing at 'Pennants' Creek, but only slight damage resulted. CITY OF SYDNEY SYDNEY, 28th March. Camooweal advices stale that Smith and Shiers, in the City of Sydney 'plane left for Newcastle Watters, and hope to reach Wyndham and take oft' from thereon tho first hop to England jo-morrow.
