NARKUNDA AT FREMANTLE

FREMANTLE. This Day. No communication with passengers was permitted on board the Narkunda because a smallpox patient was put ashore at Colombo. Following medical examination it was reported that no suspicion was aroused by tlie health of any passengers.

Fremantle passengers were taken to the quarantine station and all mails were fumigated. it is understood the Narkunda is proceeding to Melbourne in quarantine.
