RESPONDING TO TREATMENT

WELLINGTON, This Day. It was officially announced yesterday that Sir Joseph Ward is responding to the treatment he is undergoing at Rotorua. Sir Joseph is in regular telephonic communication with Wellington, being in touch with headquarters on the average four times daily. No date has yet been fixed for his return to Wellington.
