ANNIVERSARY HOLIDAY
CELEBRATED TO-MORROW
The 88th anniversary of the founda tion of Nelson Settlement will be oh served to-morrow by a close holiday.
The Nelson provincial lawn tennis tournament will be continued on the Tasman street courts.
At Wakefield a carnival will be held as well as a bowling tournament. The Returned Soldiers' Association of Motueka have arranged a beach gala. At Takaka the annual show of the A. and P. Association will be held. Special railway excursions are notified.
