NEW ZEALAND LOAN
CASH AND CONVERSION

LONDON, 7th January, ’flie underwriting is expected to lake place to-morrow of a New Zealand loan both for cash and conversion. The former is expcclcd to he for £7,000.000 at 4! per cent, redeemable in 1048-59. The loan will he issued at 95.
An additional £12.000.000 on similar terms will he offered io holders of 4 per cent, stocks maturing on Ist November, 1929.
LONDON, 81 h January.
The New Zealand loan has been underwritten on the terms as cabled. The prospectus will he advertised to-mor-row.
