LONDON, 4th August.
A courts-martial found LieutenantCommander Thomas- Ramsay Beatty guilty of negligently suffering the cruiser Dauntless to be stranded near Halifax, Nova Scotia, on 2nd July. He has been dismissed from the ship and severely reprimanded.
