BERLIN, 13th July. On no account shall children be fired lit, says a new police decree issued by the Prussian .Ministry of the Interior, pointing out that the* police employ revolvers somewhat recklessly. They are entitled to fire if their lives are in danger or an arrested criminal tries to escape after a warning of "hands up or I fire." It is hoped the police will no longer fire to stop _ persons guilty of trivial offences escaping.
