FLOOD IN WELLINGTON

WELLINGTON, 16th April. Very heavy rain early yesterday afternoon flooded the area in front of the Government Buildings. Many yards of wooden blocking were forced "up. A portion of Larnbton Quay was also under water, and loot traffic was intert upted.
