Because a Press photographer placed two small children among the crocuses in llyde Park in order to take a child study with tin appropriate background, a policewoman summoned him for damaging a flower bed. The magistrate said : ‘ It is gratifying to see these beautiful pictures in the newspapers. The children's little feet did no harm." The case was dismissed.
