AUCKLAND, This DayDespite the decision of the New Zea-,;~ land Trotting Conference at Wellington recently not to allow broadcasting of future trotting, meetings, the Otahuhu Club has granted permission to the Radio Company to broadcast the summer meeting on 18th' and 22nd February. This is in keeping -with a promise given prior to the conference, which has communi-'' ' cated with the Racing Conference requesting that body to work ir» conjunct tion with trotting control, and refuse • permits unless payment is made by the Radio Company..
