DISTILLING APPARATUS
£25 FINE IMPOSED
(United Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. Matthew Guy, an elderly man, was fined £25 for being found at Mt Albert-rd. in possession of apparatus for distilling pi- rectifying spirit without a license. *He was also fined £5 for sly grog-selling in MU Roskill no-license district. Charles Peters and William Pratt were each fined £2 for being found on the premises for the, purpose of illegijl dealing • in liquor.
