Holland in the House of Representatives early this morning as to the probable date of the end of the session Mr Coates said he saw no reason why it should not finish this week or by Monday at the latest. The Licensing Amendment Bill would be taken on Wednesday (to-day) and the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill immediately ingMr Holland: "It is a fair question to ask whether the Prime Minister really intends to put' the Industrial Conciliation Bill on the Statute Book?" Mr Coates: "The hon. gentleman will quickly find out in committee on the Bill whether the Government has any definite intention. The Bill will be moved on to the Statute Book this year; there is no doubt about that."
