BENEATH GRAFTON BRIDGE

AUCKLAND This Day. A body was discovered hidden by foliage in a gully beneath Grafton bridge. The police are to establish identity by. telegraphing to other centres, inquiries in Auckland having proted fruitless. It is believed the body dropped from the bridge, but whether the fall of 90 feet was accidental or whether the man intended to commit suicide is unknown. In the clothing was a Commonwealth bank hook issued at Melbourne, bearing the name of Thomas Williams. \
