HORTA (Aflares), 10th June

De Pinedo resumed his flight. Ho retraced his path ten the island of Folres, where he was forced down, after which lie planned to-turned the plane about and proceed to Rome, making two stops, first at Ponta Del Gada, the largest town in the Azores, and the second at Lisbon.

TASMAN SEA PLIGHT

MELBOURNE, 10th June,

Charles Pratt, who, with his brother, established a factory for manufacturing aircraft at Geelong, announced his willingness to fly to New Zealand if a suitable aeroplane was supplied. He is prepared to go to England at his own expense and take delivery of the machine if financial backing for the flight is found.
