HEAVY CIVIL LIST

The usual session of the. Supreme Court will commence in Nelson on Tuesday next. His Honour Air Justice MacGregor will preside. The cases so far pet down comprise only one criminal charge: but, there is a heavy civil list, including an action for alleged slander. The list of cases include:

Pearless; declaration voiding lease, possession, accounts, etc. William A. Dee and Edward A. F.. Dee v. Leslie N. Montgomery; specific performance and damages. ORIGIN ATI NG SUALMONSES C. R. Fell v. Grace Jackson and Eric B. Jackson; interpretation of a will. At. C. 11. Cheek v. Mary Ann Rose; discharge from trusteeship. M. R. Marsden and others v. White-, haven and West Cumberland Hospital and others; interpretation of will. OTHER. BUSINESS Other business includes several applications for discharge Rom bankruptcy. _
