ART GALLERY

NINA JONES' EXHIBITION

It was a "great pleasure to many people to see a notice on the Gallery door yesterday afternoon to the effect that the Nina Jones Exhibition would be on view for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. 'The extra, clays will make it possible for many people who have been busv to view this wonderful collection of New Zealand flowers and berries.

•Many botanists from all parts of New Zealand sent specimens, for Miss Jones to paint, J. Holloway, the noted NewZealand .botanist, being amongst the number. The amount of careful labour, the trueness of colour and regard to the habits of these bush flowers as well as the artistic perception of the artist must appeal to all lovers of New Zealand native flora.
