RUN TO PELORUS A muster of 24 members took part in amn to the.Pelorus Bridge.on Sunday. Under the leadership of the club captain, the party left ■ town at 9 o'clock. Before the bridge was reached heavy rain set in, and picnicking being out of the question the party -continued on to Miss Daltons, at Canvastown, where all-were made happy again by a dry.out and an excellent dinner. Music and song formed the chief items of entertainment until afternoon tea, after which a start was made for home, town being reached -about. .7..3C, everyone very wet but ■still cheerful. •■,.->., ] : \ ■
