Sir, —Kindly allow me, through your columns, to congratulate Mr Stephens on retaining his seat on the above Board, with such a handsome margin. Also, I wish to thank those who supported my nomination. 1 feel sure that Mr Stephens will not lose sight, of the several matters which have been raised, so that our efforts will not have been altogether in vain.—l am, etc., E.
