The House of Representatives is discussing the Supply Bill. Mr Rodgers said the Ministry appeared to be neglecting .a promising market for Australian di-ied fruits in New Zealand. _ Mr Pratten replied that the, matter of a" market for Australian fruit and dried fruit- in New Zealand was receiving the Government’s consideration. He hoped at an early date representatives of the two countries’would meet‘with a view to enlarging and extending the reciprocal treaty at present existing between them.
