DELEGATION TO DOMINIONS ■ (By Electric Telegraph-Copyright.) (Eeuter's Telegrams) LONDON, June 16. The United Kingdom delegation _of the Empire Parliamentary Association which, with a delegation from other centres of the Empire will travel through Australia and bold informal conferences will be headed by a Cabinet member and at least one Opposition front bencher. It will consist of nine conservatives, six Labourites, one Liberal, and is due at Sydney on 18th September via Canada and New Zealand.
