THEFT OF LIQUOR

AUCKLAND, This Day On Saturday afternoon L .D. Nathan and Co’s, bonded store was illegally eiitered. Spirits valued at £SO were removed! Apparently the liquor had been taken from the store upstairs by the lift and loaded, on to two lorries, 1 one of which was driven off unloaded and returned. The police have arrested .Horace Speighf, a motor driver employed by the firm, on a charge of theft. ■..
