Cabinet reconstruction has been completed and the Ministry brought to its full working strength bv the appointment- (announced yesterday) of Mr K. S.' Williams, member for Bay of- Plenty to the portfolio of Public Works, which the Prime Minister relinquishes forthwith: In’ a statement covering the announcement Mr Coates refers to the difficulty involved in the selecting ministers when there were-so many eligible members of the party, adding 'that his endeavour has been to choose a team who will give of their best in the country’s service.
