LONDON, July 19.
The Daily Mail's Rome correspondent says women-aristocrats are collaborating with the Vatican in a campaign for reform of immodesty in dress, opposing short skirts and sleeves, low necks, bobbing and shingling, and smoking, and urging the abandonment of Parisian fashions in favour of a style an Italian genius will evolve.
