LABOUR PARTY’S PLEDGE
UNION’S REFUSAL TO SIGN

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Because they cannot agree to sign the pledge required by the Labour Party the Canterbury General Labourers’ Union have withdrawn all their delegates from the North Canterbury Labour representation committee. This decision was conveyed in a letter received by the committee at a meeting on Saturday night.
