BASKET BALL

PRESIDENT'S SHIELD MATCHES

In order to give those teams in the men’s competitions who entered late in the season a chance to make up their games, the older teams are very generously meeting them in additional matches, which have been arranged for Monday evenings at the completion of the ladies’ sectional matches. The first of the additional series will be played this evening, tin- first match being Teachers v. Trinity, and the second, Kiwis v. Cadets. All teams are invited to fulfil back matches in this manner. Drawings will be announced at the Y.M.C.A.
