Vcei stra and Lieutenant Quorsin, winners of the balloon race, lard an exciting adventurc. Landing in the sett at night ten miles from the Spanish coast they were picked up by a steamer, exhausted, after drifting for six hours. LONDON, June 12. It is reported that the balloon Veenslra has been disqualified as it descended into the sett, and that the prize goes to Denuivter.
