INTER-ALLIED DEBTS

PARIS, Dec. 30. In the Chamber the Finance Minister, M. elemental, implicitly admitted the possibility that inter-Allied debts will be discussed by Finance Ministers at the conference in January, but promised that no decision be binding until Parliamentary assent was secured. Ho foreshadowed support of America’s demand for a share in reparations for material damage.
