DELHI. July 29

Cholera has broken out in the flooded areas in Southern India. The waters are still rising and heartrending reports are filtering in from isolated districts.

Floods cut off the Bangalore light supplyOfficials in Mysore State and British India are taking active measures to succour many thousands homeless who arc 011 the brink of starvation.

COLLAPSE OF A MILL

DELHI, July 29.

It is reported from Ahmedabiul that apparently as a consequence of the rains a. portion of a ginning mill collapsed. Twent.v-six persons were sent to hospital, and it is believed that 60 are still beneath the debris.
