TOWN HALL FOR RICHMOND?
(l’o the Editor.) Sir —Being a lover of good music, as a resident of Richmond, I cannot understand why the Fisk .Jubilee Singers passed our Richmond town. Is it because the Borough does not possess «‘i decent building worthy ot the visit of .such an excellent and talented company. If so, I think it is high time tho good citizens of our (own made an effort to provide a suitable hall. Thanking you for your space, I am, etc., A JUNIOR RESIDENT.
