WORLD’S TONNAGE
A DECREASE (By Electric TeJ Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, July 14. A decrease in world’s tonnage compared with last year is shown m Llovds’ Register of Shipping for the first time since the tables were compiled. The total at tho end of June was sixty-four millions compared with sixty-five millions in June of. last year, including nineteen millions in Britain and Ireland compared with 19i millions P year ago. The decrease is mainly due to' the large amount of tonnage broken up. The total existing tonnages :
