A telegram from Norfolk, Virginia, savs that the battleship West Virginia grounded on a mud bank in Chesapeake Bay to-day. Six vessels are standing by and expect to pull Her off at high tide. A later telegram states that the West Virginia, which was carrying the navy contingent of the United fetatea Olympic team, will be forced to put back for repairs.
