GORE, This Day. Speaking to-day at Wyndham and Mataura, and after making general reierence to the political situation and the difficulties in Great Britain and South Africa, Mr Massey said there seemed to be a possibility of an election shortly in New Zealand ; • but personally he did not think the people wanted an election.
