We are requested by the Manager of (he Nelson Provincial Fruitgrowers’ Council Ud. to draw special attention to the alteration in the loading dates of tlie Raranga and Mali in. Owing to floods in Otago, the loading of the Raranga at Dunedin has been delayed, and consequently the boat will not accept fruit for London at Wellington before 4th' May.
The loading date of the Mahia is now definitely given as 7lh May, and the Federation advise that fruit for both these boats should he sent forward as it is packed, and cool stored in Wellington.
Fruit packed for South America, si/ long as it is not larger than 96 to (Incase, and conforms in other respects to Government reauirenients, may be sent to London by the Mahia if arrangements for space are made with the Council, and it will not be necessary to re-label it if the Fruitgrowers’ -Council is allowed to send it to any one broker. As the space in the Mahia is limited In 7000 eases .immediate application for space is necessary.
