WELLINGTON. This Day

At tiie Church of Christ Conference Rev. J- Dawson, on behalf of the New Zealand Alliance, expressed pleasure at being present amongst such earnest and determined workers for the cause. The Alliance was determined that at the next election the people should have a straight out vote. Mr Dawson was assured that the Church of Christ would do its best lor the cause. A report was received from the Church extension board, which was authorised to take, up the question of the more complete safeguard of church property, churches to be asked to place the whole of the properties under one board.
