The Socialists demand live -portfolios. President Ebert obtained the lead ers’ agreement to Herr Cano s formalion of a Cabinet irrespective of party. The Socialists are reserving approval. SERIOUS DISTURBANCES AT DRESDEN ~ PARTS,! Nov. 19. Serious disturbances are reported from Dresden, where numerous shops were plundered. A NEW CABINET FORMED BERLIN Xov. 21. iieiT ('llno formed a Cabinet including;, four members of the Wirtlt Cabinet. Doctor Hermes remains Minister of Finance. Doctor St. Dame, German Ambassador at London, becomes Foreign Secretary.
