. SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 11. A big error in the election tabulations ia disclosed. Two Califomian counties apparently reverse the anti-prohibition majority in that State cabled on the 9th. Revised! figures now show that Los Angeles, Oakland, a-nd Alameda voted over two to one in favour of prohibition enforcement, while San Francisco voted three to one in favour of memorialising Congress to amend the Volstead Act to Eermit the use of light wines and beer; ut this is outweighed by new counts elsewhere.
Secretary Mellon ordered the release of all foreign vessels seized outside the three-mile limit where there is no evidence of communication with the shore. by means of the vessels' own boats. Tin's affects 20 vessels.
