RUSSIAN- REFUGEES (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) GENEVA, Oct. 28. Dr Nansen, representing the League of Nations, Jias concluded an agreement with the Bulgarian Goxernment for ihe transfer to Varna of five thousand Russian refugees who took refuge in Constantinople after the Soviet’s final dafeat of Wrangel’s army in the Crimea. Tiie American relief administration will continue io provide supplies to refugees in Varna for several months. The agreement is regarded as another triumph for the League in settling a difficult problem.
