WASHINGTON, April 6Scones of disorder occurred in the Hon sc of Representatives when a. Democratic representative, Mr Garner, from Texas, attacked hist colleague, Mr Blanton, whom the House recently censured and nearly expelled. Mr Blanton made speeches in Texas alleging that members of Congress were nsin.i- stationery allowances to purchase pocket flasks and other private purposes. Ho alleged that the Government expended many thousands of dollars to provide members with barbers and masseurs, and Congressional Roman baths, for which they charged Congressmen in various forms of petty graft. Mr Garner called Mr Blanton a liar, and Mr Blanton declared ho would hold Mr Garner personally responsible, but left the House later, declaring that if he made a reply tho House would expel him.
