DELEGATIONS A REIVING
PRECAUTIONS FOR PROTECTION OF RUSSIANS

The Polish, Finnish, Belgian, Russi;m, and a. portion of the British delegation have ieaefied Genoa. The Russians (ravelled by special train, immense precautions being taken to protect them from attempts by exiled and .ruined countrymen. Russian detectives preceded the delegates at all stations ami tunnels, and their hotel is speciallv guarded. Abdul Hamid, anti-British propagandist, tho self-styled president* of _ the oppressed Moslem races, lias arrived, and intends to demand the absolute, independence of Egypt. It is reported that, be secured Bolshevik support to a secret, pact signed at Berlin.

ATTEND
LONDON, April 7
Lord Curzon is suffering from voro attack of neuritis. Sir L. Worthington Evans will take bis place at the Genoa Conference.
