BERLIN, March 29
The Gorman South Sea companies are preparing to resume activity on a groat scale. They are incro-idng their capital and asking America for assistance. ' The Jaluit Gesellschai't is fusing with the Trade Plantations Company nnder the title of Trade and Colonisation Company. It is supported by several large banks and important merchants. Extensive quays, warehouses and equipment, exceeding the HamburgAmerika linos in magnitude, are being rapidly constructed at Hamburg for the exclusive use of American ships with railway connections, allowing American goods to be sent direct into Central Germany, Czechoslovakia and the Balkans.
