PAPER MILLS WRECKED
MANY PERSONS KILLED AND WOUNDED.

CHICAGO, March 29. Ton persons were killed and fifty injured, and many houses destroyed, by an explosion which wrecked the Weil Paper Company's plant. Tho damage is estimated at 1,000,000 dollars. It k thought a gas leak caused the explosion, but tho police are not dismissing the bomb theory, as the district is the sceno of a bitter political war, which has already resulted in several people being killed.
