’ DELHI, Oct. 13. The Afghan delegation to India has been recalled to Kabul owing to a reported change in the attitxide of the Amir towards the British Government. The Afghan Minister is proceeding o Tashkent And Merv to meet Dememal Pasha, who is staying at the latter place with a small Turkish-Rnssmn following. The Amir provided facilities for the reception of various Bolsheviks, who ate arriving at Kabul in small batches.'
