Gioletti’s organ Stampa reports that the new cabinet intends confiscating colossal fortunes accumulated during the war and an increase of taxation on property. The new foreign policy will probably cause great surprise.. The newspaper Pofiolo Remano denies that Giolitti is endeavouring to detach Italy from the Allies. According to the Stampa he is bidding for the Socialist support by proposing to confiscate war fortunes and increase the taxation on property, but the Socialists refused to enter into a Coalition. . Giolitti states that his foreign policy will be the same as Nittis.-
