BRITISH RELIEF FORCE AT -MURMANSK.

The arrival of the British relief forces at Murmansk coincides with active British operations in the- Gulf of Finland, aiming at a combined attack lon( Petrograd, threatening the whole Bolshevist position to the westward of the railway to Pskoff. The Bolshevik continue strenuous pre pa ration for the defence of Petrograd. The British troops at Archangel have established communication with Koltchak’s right wing. UNCONFIRMED REPORTS.
