UKRAINE HELD BY BOLSHEVISTS (Reuter’s Telegrams) FONDON, March 20. No official report of the evacuation of Odessa has been received in London. It is confirmed that tho Bolshevists occupied, Kherson and Nicolaiev after heavy fighting with French troops. The Bolshevists now hold tho whole of tho Ukraine. Tho German-garrison there handed over its arms to the Bolshevist,- and fraternised with them. The- Government had apparently collapsed before tho 801-1 shevists, "who had advanced in. certain I sectors. There was no immediate dan-1 per at Odessa, and its evacua-ion was j not intended.
