At the inquest.on. the ibody of Arthur Vincent, "Bulletin" artist, who. was found by his wife with his throat cut, his -wife in evidence said he had ibeen suffering for somei ' time .from nervous troubles, and was obsessed by, the hallucination that he had been shot ill the throat . He thought the pu'blic disliked his work, and "was greatly worried by the war. A verdict that deceased died from a self-inflicted wound- during temporary derangement was returned;
