During the debate on the Common wealth Bank Bill, an uproar occurred in the House o£ Representatives. The Speaker named Mr Cook. Leader of the Opposition, arid the whole of the Op positionists left the Chamber. Mr 'Cook was suspended mxtil he apologised. Ju the absence of the Opposition, Bills were rushed through.
