IN NORTH SEA BRITISH FLOTILLAS ENGAGED. (Received Dec 16 (1.10 p.m.) ;--■• LONDON; Dec! 16. The Press Bureau states that important German movements are taking place in the North Sea. German -vessels were at Scarborough and Hartlepool, and our flotillas engaged them at various point's.
