Ac the Addington live stock market to-day there were again large entries of fat. stock. Fat cattle sold at late rates. prime beef being very firm. Fat lam os were rather easier, and store sheep sold a little better. Fat pigs sold at late rates, except porkers, which were somewhat weaker. Fat sheep showed a further firming in prices. Store Sheep.—Two-tooth wether- Ins 9d to 15s 6d. four and six-tooth wethers 16s 4d to 18s 9d. four and six-tooth halfbred wethers (small) 15s; two. four, and s:x-tooth wethers 16s 3d to 17s 7d ; twotooth wethers { very small). 4d to lis 7d ;Merino vvethers, lis 2d to lis 3d; two, four, six, and eight-tooth ewes (mix"ed ages and elassesL 15s lid ; aged ev.es, 9s 6d to 10s 6d ; cull ewes, 6s lOd ; lambs (good). 15s 9d to 14s Id; fairly good lambs, 12s 6d to 13s 3d ; medium to fair lambs, 10s 6d to lis 6d: ewe lambs (fair), 14s 9d to 15s '3d; small ewe lambs, 13s sd.
